The rooms are efficient. Clean place to shower and sleep. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good and within distance to lots of restaurants and theme parks. We did not use the pool during our stay but it looked decent and clean. We have stayed multiple times and will likely return. Only con is the showers could use a bit of updating.
Service was good. Two days into an 8 day stay, baby roach found in bathroom. Third day in we found the one in my photo and yes that’s a quarter for size comparison.
Excellent place if you are looking for clean rooms. Refrigerator, coffee maker and refrigerator in every room. This rating is based on a true 5 star hotel rating system. This place for an inexpensive clean place with well equipped room and a nice pool it 5 stars
Currently staying here and it's miserable. The room was dirty upon arrival, tiny bugs on the bed (not bed bugs as far as I could tell, but still...), strong musty odor which does not go away even once you air it out, bedding damp and musty smelling, black mold on shower head, sitting here with my entire body itching as I write this review. Did not try to complain and switch hotels yesterday as I arrived late and exhausted.
The WORST hotel I've ever been to! Absolutely disgusting. The floors were so dirty that I couldn't even walk on them without picking up dirt onto the beds. The room smelled horribly of smoke. The staff was incredibly rude. I thought I could clean up the room myself and make it work until I saw BUGS crawling all in the beds and pee stains on the sheets! The beds had clumps of black hair in them, LICE crawling all over the pillows and yellow stains everywhere. Then they refuse to refund me and tell me if I want to leave I can leave. I left the first night and luckily was able to find a clean hotel. This place should be shut down. Absolutely horrendous. Do not waste your time or money unless you want your body and luggage covered in dirt and bugs.
It was great overall they have nice pool to chill and everything around the hotel were nearby. However I was unhappy about bathroom and AC cleanliness. Bathroom shower head was full of molds and the room AC smell like very strong urine. I guess they never clean those two things. I should have took photos but As long as hotel management team sees this and hopefully I see the improvement next time we visit. Fyi, I stayed in the room n118.
We have stayed here twice in the past 3 months and both times it was great. The first time my boys got sick and we had to cancel our Disney plans and leave early but the hotel was very accommodating and refunded us the rest of our stay and made us a great deal when we returned. All the staff is very helpful and friendly, the hotel may be a smaller end hotel but it is clean and just what you need when looking for a place to relax and lay your head after a exhausting day at the parks. Very convenient to get to the parks just a short 10 minute drive to Disney Parks and around 30 to Universal parks. Located around plenty of good restaurants as well. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Orlando in the future.
